The current governance structure of the OCH includes:

Board of Directors: There are 22 voting seats on the OCH Board of Directors, encompassing 15 sectors and 7 Tribes.


Executive Committee: membership comprises of five officer positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large (to be replaced by Past-President after the first term). The term limit for the first iteration of the Executive Committee is one year.


Regional Health Assessment and Planning Committee: regularly reviews health assessments and advises the Board on regional health priorities and how to address them.


Finance Committee: The committee is responsible for recommending financial policies, goals, and budgets that support the mission, values, and strategic goals of the organization. The committee also reviews the organization’s financial performance against its goals and proposes major transactions and programs to the board.
