Dear partner,
Over the past few months, OCH has gathered responses from partners across the three-county region to gain a deeper understanding of the social determinants of health (SDOH) effecting our local communities. Thank you to all who took the time to participate in the assessment, providing insight and perspective to this topic. In light of the in-person SDOH convening being postponed, we are hosting three interactive virtual convenings (one for each county) to discuss the findings from the assessment and explore next steps. Together, we will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing our region and identify local strategies and tactics to advance community health and address the systemic inequities that prevent members of our communities from experiencing their best health.
