Together, we made ripple effects and lasting change in the communities we serve.
The Olympic region celebrated 1 year of Olympic Connect, the community care hub serving the region. Over 1,300 people enrolled in 2025 and got connected to resources and services so they could thrive.
OCH partnered with VillageReach to develop a regional health needs asessement that synthesized the findings from recent partner-led community assessments and highlighted health needs shared across the Olympic region.
Over 700 resources were added to the Olympic Region Resource Directory, a locally curated collection of trusted, low or no cost resources.
Through a targeted Google Search ad campaign, Olympic Connect appeared in search results 35,507 times, generating 3,562 website visits among individuals in the Olympic region actively seeking support.

$1,460,120 to 12 Olympic Connect care coordination partners in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap counties. These partners employed the “trusted helpers” who worked with individuals and families to connect them to resources and services.

$819,400 to 7 partners across the Olympic region through the Expand and Enhance Access to Social Care funding opportunity. These partner-funded projects built infrastructure to address needs such as food access, housing, and substance use disorder treatment.

The OCH Board of Directors allocated $138,025 to 11 local food banks across the Olympic region. Donations were used to purchase healthy, local food to support community members facing challenges to food access.

Meaningful progress requires intention, collaboration, and a shared commitment to move forward together. In 2025, OCH strengthened partnerships, building momentum as partners aligned workflows, procedures, and policies to better support local communities. Together, we are making progress to tackle health issues that no single sector or Tribe can tackle alone.

OCH's Goals for 2026:
Continue implementing and evaluating Olympic Connect to become a high-functioning community care hub and align with funder mandates and local needs.
Launch development of OCH’s next strategic plan, to be adopted at the 2026 Board retreat.
Get back to OCH’s roots in health transformation and begin to broaden our project portfolio beyond Olympic Connect.
